1. Digital Goods Nature: Due to the nature of digital products (Stock Images and Videos), all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. By purchasing a file, you acknowledge that you gain immediate access to the content.

 

2. Exceptions for Refunds: We may offer a refund or exchange strictly under the following circumstances:

• Technical Error: The file is corrupt, damaged, or the wrong file was delivered, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

• Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.

3. Refund Timeline (Mandatory for Moyasar): If a refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately. The amount will be reflected in your bank account or credit card within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
